Gavin Newby had the great pleasure of working with Steve Thompson (age 44), the former England and British Lions rugby player.

Steve has been diagnosed with Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy, which is associated with early onset dementia. Steve and Gavin worked together on helping him manage the emotional and physical consequences that his condition has had on him and his young family.
